Finding Matches

Our algorithm considers religion, community, language, location, age, and preferences to show you compatible profiles. You can also use filters to narrow results by age, height, education, and more.
Sending interest is like a polite knock — it lets someone know you're interested in their profile. If they accept, you become connected and can message each other.
If two people send interest to each other, they automatically become connected — no need for either to manually accept. This saves time and shows genuine mutual interest.
Free members can send 5 interests per month. Premium members get unlimited interests. All members can receive unlimited interests.

Premium Membership

Premium members enjoy unlimited interests, contact details reveal of connected matches, priority profile placement, profile boosts, and more depending on your plan.
Visit the Plans page, choose your preferred plan, and complete payment via Razorpay. Your account upgrades instantly after successful payment.
We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), Indian debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay's secure payment gateway.

Privacy & Safety

Registered members can see your profile. Contact details (phone/email) are only visible to premium members you've connected with. You can control photo visibility in settings.
Use the report button on any profile or contact us at admin@jammumatrimonial.com. Our admin team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Yes. Messages are private between you and your connected match. Our admin team may review conversations only if a violation is reported.
Yes. You can block any profile from their profile page. Blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you.

Account & Technical

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
All new profiles are reviewed by our admin team to ensure authenticity. This typically takes 24–48 hours. You'll be notified once your profile is approved.
